Thank you for shopping with The Pool Shop We ship pool and spa maintenance and water care essentials throughout New Zealand.

Order Processing Time

• All regular orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• You will get a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

New Zealand Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer tracked delivery across the North Island and South Island via our courier partners:

• Central North Island 0-15kg: $12.50 (Delivers in 2–4 business days)
• Central North Island 15.01-30kg: $20.00 (Delivers in 2–4 business days)
• Central North Island 30.1-50kg: $30.00 (Delivers in 2–4 business days)
• Rest of North Island 0-10kg: $15.00 (Delivers in 2–4 business days)
• Rest of North Island 10-20kg: $20.00 (Delivers in 2–4 business days)
• Rest of North Island 30-50kg: $30.00 (Delivers in 2–4 business days)
• South Island 0-20kg: $20.00 (Delivers in 2–4 business days)
• South Island 21-50kg: $35.00 (Delivers in 2–4 business days)
• Hazardous Goods $30.00 (Delivers in 2–4 business days)
• International Shipping $75.00 (Delivers in 7-14 business days)

Dangerous Goods & Chemical Shipping

• Certain pool chemicals (such as liquid chlorine, acid, and specific oxidizers) are classified as dangerous goods (DG) under New Zealand transport rules.
• DG items cannot be shipped via standard air or certain rural routes and the cost is $30.00 for North and South Island delivery.
• If your delivery address is restricted or non-deliverable for hazardous chemicals, our team will contact you before dispatch.

Click & Collect / Local Pickup

• Free local pickup is available at our physical store located at 59B Saint John Street, Tauranga.
• Select Local Pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is packed and ready for collection.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

• If your pool equipment arrives damaged, or your package goes missing, please take photos of the box/contents and email us at info@thepoolshop.co.nz within 12 hours of delivery.

Note: Products damaged because of incorrect use, negligence or misuse will not be accepted.

NEW ZEALAND : 10 days to apply for a refund from date parcel has been shipped

INTERNATIONAL : 14 days to apply for a refund from date parcel has been shipped

If the return is accepted:

• The product must be in the same condition as it was received.
• All components, accessories and original packaging must be returned.
• A copy of the original receipt must be included with the return.
• Customer is responsible for the shipping, an express courier is preferred.
• We will email you all the relevant information about how to return your item is the return is accepted.
• Once the product is received, the return will be processed within 5 business days.
