The Pool Shop has looked after our pool for 8 years, initially as a rental and for the last 6 1/2 years as an AirBnB. The service has always been excellent and they are a great source of knowledge for a first time pool owner like myself.

Murray and the team @ Pool Shop have been next level! The service has been exactly that - service. Our pool & spa have never looked good for so long, and we have a very high used of both! Big thank you to the Pool Shop & Staff. Diamond Sands Papamoa.

The best pool shop in all of NZ!! Top quality service from all the pool techs and exceptional knowledge from the owners! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs an outstanding pool service! 10/10.

We have recently sold our home with our 23 year old pool; which remains in excellent condition thanks to the continued service provided by The Pool Shop. Great service, great support that works like clockwork.

Amazing service. Ordered product by phone on a Friday and got a great discount. Email invoice arrived within 5 minutes, paid it, product ordered from wholesaler and arrived at our door Monday morning. Thank you very much.

Being a first time pool owner, Murray and the team were very welcoming with all my queries and helped set me up with some materials and advice. Cant praise them enough.

Great service. I replaced my pool pump with a energy efficient one. Very happy. Thanks.
