Zodiac DX4000 comes with new patented Helix shaped brush and compact body, the new Duo-X™ offers integrated agility. Featuring dual stage filtration (150μ/60μ) that is capable of picking up small and large debris, the Duo-X™ is designed to run in all types of pools. With the patented Lift System™ and unique design, the Duo-X™ is capable of expelling water very quickly making it very easy to operate and remove from the water. DX4000 has superior wall detection without the need for tilting making it very efficient in covering the pool.

• All regular orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Dangerous Goods & Chemical Shipping

• Certain pool chemicals (such as liquid chlorine, acid, and specific oxidizers) are classified as dangerous goods (DG) under New Zealand transport rules.
• DG items cannot be shipped via standard air or certain rural routes and the cost is $30.00 for North and South Island delivery.
• If your delivery address is restricted or non-deliverable for hazardous chemicals, our team will contact you before dispatch.

Click & Collect / Local Pickup

• Free local pickup is available at our physical store located at 59B Saint John Street, Tauranga.
• Select Local Pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is packed and ready for collection.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

• If your pool equipment arrives damaged, or your package goes missing, please take photos of the box/contents and email us at info@thepoolshop.co.nz within 12 hours of delivery.

NEW ZEALAND : 10 days to apply for a refund from date parcel has been shipped

INTERNATIONAL : 14 days to apply for a refund from date parcel has been shipped

If the return is accepted:

• The product must be in the same condition as it was received.
• All components, accessories and original packaging must be returned.
• A copy of the original receipt must be included with the return.
• Customer is responsible for the shipping, an express courier is preferred.
• We will email you all the relevant information about how to return your item is the return is accepted.
• Once the product is received, the return will be processed within 5 business days.
